Switching Schools!

Everybody has a dream of someday going to a university that they feel "fits" them. Each person's "picture perfect" university should make him/her feel comfortable meeting strangers, provide a safe work and living environment, and offer the person's ideal major. Also, the university should fit in a reasonable price range that a normal person can afford. Based off these reasons, I would say that UW Oshkosh is the university for me.

I would someday like to transfer out of UW Fond Du Lac and attend UW Oshkosh because I feel that Oshkosh will provide me with all materials I need to reach some of my life long-goals. Oshkosh is a university with great people and great professors. Oshkosh offers great educational programs. Also, the campus isn't to big in size, isn't overwhelming with the amount of students that attend there, provides a great dorming experience, and, from what I've seen, throws some great parties. I also, would like to attend Oshkosh because I would be out of the house, but still close enough to home that if I needed to see my family I could do so. I love my family and want to be as close to home as possible but still living on my own. Even though Oshkosh is somewhat expensive, what college isn't? They all are going to cost a good chunk of money. Hopefully, the money isn't that big of an issue that it affects one's major and doing something that makes one happy. Lastly, Oshkosh is where some of my BEST friends are attending and/or will be going. If I can still be with ten of my best friends from high school during the college years, it would really help in studying, meeting new people, and adjusting to this new stage of life.

I like UW Fond Du Lac, but I feel that UW Oshkosh will someday be the place for me.
